Angela was SO helpful as we were preparing to move to the Melbourne area. She helped us learn the town, great places to go and to eat, and fun things to do. After she helped us find and put an offer on the right house that was to become our home, she went above and beyond. While we were looking for houses, my wife was in relocation housing from her new company. We started the paperwork to buy our house, but the relocation housing was running out. Angela found us a furnished condo, right on Satellite Beach, that would allow our dog for the three weeks or so that we needed it before we could move into our new home. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about making such a large purchase and all the legalities that would come along during the process. We were looking to purchase a home in Melbourne Beach near the ocean. Our sister-in-law introduced us to Angela Lazazzera and she turned out to be the kind of realtor we needed. The second house she showed us was a perfect fit. She was very knowledgeable of the park where this home was located and the surrounding area. Once we committed, Angela went into action guiding us to a banker that had previously financed homes in our area and helping us with all the applications and inspections that were necessary to complete the purchase. It was a long process and at times it seemed it might not happen, but she never gave up and remained optimistic and that resulted in our closing on time.
